3. User Accounts and Security

3.1 Account Registration

4.1 Fees and Billing

Certain features, templates, or design services may require payment. All fees are clearly displayed prior to purchase and are billed in the currency specified during checkout. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe).

4.2 Subscriptions

If you enroll in a recurring subscription plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital and custom nature of software tools and website design services, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to our specific service agreements. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to prevent future billing.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Blessync Property

The Service, including its original content, features, code, design, branding, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Blessync and its licensors.

5.2 User Content & Deliverables

Upon full payment for custom website design or development deliverables, client-specific assets and deliverables belong to the client, subject to any open-source or third-party software licenses included therein.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local, national, or international laws.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful components.
  • Attempting to breach, probe, or bypass the security or authentication measures of the Service.
  • Impersonating another person, business, or entity.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Blessync, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
